Terms & Conditions

•Arrival on time is essential to ensure full quality attention.

•If you are running late, please be sure to communicate this to avoid late fees.

•This is a home based salon for the time being, therefore attending your appointment alone is essential, unless you require a caregiver.

•You MUST be 16+, with ID if you are under 18.

•With your permission, I may record and photograph the treatment process. Adjustments can be made for your comfort and privacy.

•Repairs are free within 72 hours after your appointment.

•Free parking available right outside.

•Free non-alcoholic refreshments are available.

•No refunds (including deposits).

•Cancellation Policy

Life happens—but please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancels = 50% fee

• No-shows = 100% fee

• 15+ mins late? You may need to reschedule.
